DRU Yoga is a gentle ,flowing form of yoga yet powerful in the way it aids mental and physical stress relief. It is accessible to all ages and abilities

Specific warm ups are incorporated before the traditional postures which are flowing and adapted to suit physical ability. Affirmations, breathing techniques , sequences and deep relaxation are also included. I now include elements of Yin,restorative and yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra and mediation  are vital  tools  performed to aid mental/physical/emotional health ideal for stress relief

Those who wish to join that have yoga experience must first have a 1-2-1 consulatation with me for £25 x 45 mins

For online classes you need a tablet,laptop or mobile device connected to WIFI and have an e mail account. I send the link via e mail

Have a blanket,mat,cushion,blocks,chair to hand . Arrive 5 mins before class commences to check camera position,sound,video

My classes are limited numbers as i follow professional  guidelines  max 8 online
